It all comes down to speed He was passing, if he was at the speed limit there is no issue. If he was traveling below the limit then he should resume travel in the right lane after a pass. The speed limit is the same in all lanes.

As long as he’s passing people while he is in the left lane, you got no reason to complain. It’s when people start passing them on the right because you’re too slow that you can complain.

Dude, if you're not actively passing someone, get out of that lane. This applies to both campers and speeders. The left lane is a passing lane, not your personal autobahn. Expecting people to yield to you like royalty just because you're driving faster than them is entitlement on another level. Drive the speed of traffic, stop trying to be faster than everyone. And no, I don't left lane camp, it's just people like you wipe out families because you think you're entitled to fly down the left lane at 95mph.

You need to get out of that lane too, camper.

Oklahoma has frequent signs saying, “Don’t Obstruct Left Lane”, “Left Lane for Passing Only”. And it works. I wish more states had those signs.

That was not a good example of left-lane banditry. The driver was overtaking the right lane traffic and probably going above the speed limit. He immediately yielded as soon as he could.

Where i live the left lane is the slow lane

It is quite obvious that the van was overtaking two trucks. And he would have moved over anyway aftr overtaking the second. The cammer inexplicably didnt recognize this. And moved to the right line behind the second semi that was in the process of being overtaken by the van. Now if the van hadn’t moved over after overtaking the second truck, the cammer would have a point.

Well, it’s the overtaking lane. Still yet, people don’t yield to the vehicle overtaking them.

You know I have never seen a sign on most 4 lane highways saying left lane for passing only ...on some interstates I have seen slower traffic stay right .....if I'm doing the speed limit in the left lane I'm not speeding to get back in the right because some one thinks the road belongs to them fuck the truckers and tailgaters.

He is actually passing....all be it slowly he's passing.. there would have been zero point in him moving right after that first truck as he was taking the second one a matter of seconds later, your phone call had nothing to do with it he overtook the two trucks and pulled in as he should... You clearly got in contact with the office who absolutely didn't have time to tell him to pull over.

It is against the law in most States to ride in the left lane, but at least on the East Coast that don't enforce it, and yes, I believe it causes road rage.
